Case Tennis Facility

Challenge:

Design and fabricate a premiere athletic facility that seamlessly matched the existing campus architecture while maintaining clean, efficient interior finishes. The project also required a CMU trail building with matching standing seam roof panels and trim to maintain aesthetic consistency.

Solution:

Our team engineered and installed a pre-engineered metal building system featuring a banded liner insulation system, EIFS and brick exterior, and a standing seam roof. We also fabricated and installed custom exterior miscellaneous steel, ensuring a seamless visual and structural tie-in with the existing campus facilities and matching CMU-based trail building.

Result:

The completed facility delivers a clean, durable, and cohesive expansion that blends perfectly with the surrounding architecture—balancing form, function, and cost efficiency for the city’s tennis program.
