After the original PEMB provider failed to perform, the project required immediate recovery and precision coordination to keep the schedule alive. The design featured hidden-fastener wall panels, an integrated canopy, and a recessed rooftop mechanical yard, all demanding advanced detailing and close collaboration among trades.
Our team stepped in to re-engineer and supply a custom pre-engineered metal building system that met the architectural intent while solving prior coordination issues. We integrated miscellaneous structural steel throughout the design to support canopies, rooftop enclosures, and transitions, ensuring seamless alignment between functional and aesthetic elements.
Delivered on time and on budget, the completed cafeteria showcases architectural precision and structural reliability—a modern, efficient facility that reflects A New Leaf’s mission while demonstrating our team’s ability to recover complex PEMB projects and bring them to successful completion.
